Chef Ray Naranjo is of Native American roots from both the Ancient Puebloans of the Southwest and Three Fire Tribes of the Great Lakes.

An award-winning Chef and Entrepreneur, he applies his belief in the preservation of the food ways and   ancestral knowledge of his people and strives to continue on this path. With the use of modern and ancestral cooking techniques, he attempts to push the limits of what is known, unknown, and forgotten about the Indigenous food culture of North America.

Chef Ray graduated with honors from Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu.  Based on his knowledge of Modern Native American Gastronomy he received “Edible Magazine’s Local Hero Award”.

Currently Chef Ray has taken his talents to the streets with his creative approach to Native American street food available from his food truck named “MANKO”, from a command “come and eat” in Tewa, his native language. Crafting Native American Fusion, he brings a totally unique vision of decolonization through culinary experiences.

Jacob Johns, hailing from the Akimel O'Odham and Hopi tribes, is a dynamic advocate for change. Drawing deeply from his Indigenous roots, he leverages his artistic skills to effect social transformation. His compelling artworks serve as powerful vehicles for advocating empowerment, justice, and resilience, initiating important conversations around social and environmental issues.

Jacob Johns employs a diverse array of mediums and techniques, from traditional painting to digital video, each project and piece reflects Johns' unique perspective. As a Community Supported Organizer, he channels his passion into actionable initiatives, dismantling oppressive structures by creating new paradigms that make the old ways obsolete. Johns seamlessly merges his artistic vision with grassroots activism, actively forging a path toward a just and equitable future. His passion for art translates into fostering inclusive, globally sustainable ways forward, creating a solid, shared vision through his creative endeavors.
