Who doesn’t love pizza?

Did you know that making your own pizza can be almost as fun as devouring it? There is a history of rudimentary pizza making that dates back centuries to ancient civilizations all over the world. Clearly, our ancestors were doing something right!

Join The Neapolitan in a pizza cooking class where you’ll learn a bit about the type of pizza and its ingredients that came out of Naples, Italy. You’ll stretch your own dough, cover it with our delicious sauce, add savory toppings, and cook the pizza from industrial ovens using a stone or pan. You’ll receive best practice tips on how to make and cook pizza, what gives pizza dough its magical properties, and participate in conversation with the community on why you all love pizza so much! This class is great for single folks looking to engage, families who want a fun activity to share, or a couple’s date night. Best of all, you’ll be eating your pizza fresh out of the oven and can enjoy a glass of wine and salad with it if you choose!

The class will be taught by The Neapolitan owner Michael Horner. He’s a 2nd generation Italian American from New Jersey who has been perfecting his pizza recipes for years. His product line consists of doughs and sauces that are made with simple and traditional ingredients, such as natural sourdough leavening. Michael is excited to bring his product line to you while teaching the fundamentals of pizza making in a laid back and fun setting. The beauty of pizza is its ability to connect people through its desire to be shared and enjoyed.
