This workshop is designed to teach you about the plant based diet, the unique cooking concept and methods, and the meals and lifestyle of the people of Ikaria Island in Greece, one of the world’s Blue Zones. 

We will begin at 4:30pm with a presentation about the ingredients to the healthy Blue Zone lifestyle. Participants in the hands-on workshops will help prepare the meal learning these cooking methods and tips first hand and then enjoy the dinner as a group.
